Hmmmm
The total lack of response to my previous message and general apathy to using this weblog in an active sense confirm my apprehensions about this class.
There seems to be no leaders, no dynamism, no hunger.
So, we'll go through the motions and when you look back and think "Why didn't I do this/that; ask Tony this/that?", it'll be too late.
It's your loss, ladies!
Anything for me to respond to would be most welcome.

Thank you for your interest. The class consists of 17 females, 15 of whom are UAE Nationals.
Yes, there is shyness, certainly not in the class though!
I'm sure the ladies use the Internet very avidly, but this 'public' nature of the weblog seems to throw them.
We certainly do not have any Yasmeen (Band 8 Academic IELTS) or Mubarka (Band 7 Academic IELTS) from the participation on the weblog point of view OR use of the Learning Zone. As for the quality of the work delivered in the class, the 'cream' is not as fresh and high quality as in previous courses...
It's all rather disappointing...
Indeed may Allah help them, 'cos they're not helping themselves by the looks of it.
